The Stadium is owned by E20 Stadium LLP, a joint venture between the London Legacy Development Corporation and Newham Council specifically set up to transform and manage the Stadium.
It is operated on behalf of E20 Stadium LLP by London Stadium 185 Ltd, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions.

There is NO parking at London Stadium and road closures will mean that there is no provision for drop-off and collection at the venue. We highly recommend that supporters use public transport when travelling to and from London Stadium.
Limited Blue Badge Parking is available. Please contact the event organiser.
Loop Road around the Stadium Island will be closed on matchdays. Montfichet Road will also be closed for an hour before and after the game and supporters will be diverted around the outside of Westfield Stratford on their way to Stratford Station.

Accessible seating is available on each level for anyone who can walk and leave a seat in case of emergency.
Accessible seating includes: seats on the aisle, seats with few or no steps nearby, seats that have nothing directly in front of them and seats closest to the toilets.
West Ham United will offer spaces to 49 blue badge holders at every home game. To apply for a space, email email@example.com . Print at home vouchers will be emailed to successful applicants at Thursday’s Europa League Qualifier against NK Domezale and Sunday’s friendly against Juventus. Those who have successfully applied for seasonal blue badge parking will receive window hangers ahead of the Premier League encounter against Bournemouth on 21 August. The designated blue badge car park, known as Car Park 1A, is stewarded and located in the south west corner of the stadium. Six spaces will be allocated to blue badge holders from the visiting team at every match.
Rest areas and benches are located across the Stadium Island and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Members of staff from the West Ham accessibility team will be on hand at London Stadium and on key routes to provide additional support.
Four shuttle buses will transport disabled, elderly, injured and pregnant supporters between the collection point at the end of platform 13 at Stratford Station to the community track just metres from London Stadium. The shuttle buses will operate pre-match generally two hours before kick off and post-match from the full-time whistle until demand subsides.
London Stadium only accepts small carry bags and hand bags. There is no luggage room.
Bags may be subject to security searches of bags as determined by us in our reasonable discretion, including on entry and exit.
All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium.

Drones1 are remote controlled aeroplanes, helicopters or other flying models often fitted with a camera. General use of drones and remote controlled flying models is not permitted on any area of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Only commercial drone activity is permitted and requires a 10 day notice period to assess and turn around applications. Applications can be made firstname.lastname@example.org and must conform to CAA standards for UAV flights together with the Air Navigation Order 2009.
