Please find important venue information below to make your day as enjoyable as possible, from planning your visit to ticketing information and more on our Stadium facilities. TIMINGS

Get ready to jam with Monster Jam! If you’ve got Pit Party tickets, the party starts at 11.30am and ends at 1pm. The main Monster Jam show starts at 2.30pm, with doors for general admission opening at 1pm.

FOOD AND DRINK

Wondering where you can fill up on food and drink at London Stadium? Reusable water bottles for personal use will be permitted and drinking water locations can be found on the concourse once inside, however large bags and hampers containing food and drink will not be allowed inside the venue. You will find tasty meals, snacks and treats at our kiosks, plus there’s the West Ham Coffee Co in the Stadium Store.

Free Stadium WiFi means that you can connect with stable and fast speeds throughout the concourse and in the bowl – join LSFreeWIFI and enter your details to connect.

A reminder that London Stadium is a public transport venue and there is no public car parking at London Stadium other than blue badge parking. The closest car parks to London Stadium are situated at Stratford Westfield.

ACCESSIBILITY

As one of the major venues on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Stadium shares with the Park the philosophy of being a venue for all. The Stadium takes pride in providing a dedicated service to all our guests, football supporters and concert-goers. This includes a wide range of features, facilities and services to support our disabled customers. BLUE BADGE PARKING

Blue badge parking is by booking only, so please do not attempt to enter if you have not already pre-booked.

Blue badge parking will be in place at Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST. The what3words Bridge 3 location is here: https://w3w.co/brains.snack.farms

Please note that the roads will reopen 30 minutes post-event, so please be patient while our team manage traffic as you make your way out of the blue badge parking area.

The accessible shuttle bus will be in operation from 11:15 until 17:45 from the following locations:

  • Stratford Station – Platform 13 (Jubilee Line)
  • Stratford International Station
  • Stadium: Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST
  • What3words Bridge 3 location: https://w3w.co/brains.snack.farms

 

TICKETING

We highly recommend that fans print their tickets before travelling to allow for a smoother entry experience. The readers can pick up tickets on phones, but this can cause issues on larger devices.

If you have no option to print your tickets, please remember to:

  • Charge your phone fully before you set off to the Stadium
  • Make sure to have the PDF attachment with your tickets open and ready before you enter the turnstilles
  • Remember to increase the brightness of your screen so your code will scan easily

TRAVEL NEWS

Supporters are advised to check their journeys before travel, with resources such as TfL's Journey Planner or the TfL Go app helping to avoid any works across the transport network. Supporters may also wish to visit the National Rail website to plan their journey if travelling on the rail network.

ROAD CLOSURES

The following closures will be in place three hours before the event (from 8:30am Saturday 18 June). These will be in place for approx. 2 hours post-event (approx. 6:30pm)

  • From 1200 Westfield Avenue
  • Montfitchet Road
  • Pool Street
  • Sidings Street
  • Marshgate Lane (adjacent to the Stadium)

Please note, car park A at Westfield Stratford City remains accessible throughout.

For safety reasons, the City Mill River towpath adjacent to the Stadium will be temporarily closed between Bridge 2 and the London Marathon Community Track from 1600 on Friday 17 June until the end of the event on Saturday 18 June.

GROUND REGULATIONS

A reminder to all attendees, it is a requirement under the Ground Regulations to show your ticket to Stadium staff if requested, including any digital tickets. Non-compliance could result in refusal of entry or ejection, so please do ensure you can access your ticket at all times.

SEARCH AND BAG POLICIES

Avoid delays – please don’t bring bags to the venue. All bags will be subject to a search regime. Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted, and there are no left luggage facilities. All visitors may be searched – please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any confiscated items will not be stored for collection post-match.
