Concerts

There will be five concert nights at London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this summer.

On live concert days we work with our event delivery partners to minimise disruption. London Stadium 185 (operators of the Stadium) will have a dedicated free phone number 0800 055 7505.

During office hours in June / July please email customer service at: customerservice@london-stadium.com

Please ensure that you share your name, contact number, address and a brief description of your feedback.

On the concert event day, the dedicated number will be answered by a member of staff on site who will investigate your enquiry.

London Stadium 185 also works in close liaison with the London Borough of Newham’s Environmental Health and licensing departments where calls and information will be shared. Together we will investigate any concerns raised and visit locations and premises as necessary. Please note all calls will be recorded. We are also working with the London Boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

On site noise will be restricted where possible to 08:00 to 22:00 when the concerts/major events are being built (from 20th June 2026) and taken down (until 10th July 2026). Any overnight working will be limited, with no audible sound outside of the boundary to the venue. During both concert tenancies there will be a 24 hour build & break period, the dates for this are 20th June – 9th July 2026.

Some further points to note:

  •  Sound checks: There will be sound checks at the Stadium from two days before each concert, which may take place between 09:00 and 22:00 only. More precise times will be made available on our website as they are known. There will be further sound checks on the event day itself before the concerts begin. The curfew for the venue is at 23:00, however the expected finish times for shows is between 22:30 - 22:45.
  • Road Closures: Under an Anti-Terrorism Traffic Regulation Order (ATTRO): Any road closures for major events will be proportionate and necessary, with primary consideration given to the safety of pedestrians. Access will be maintained to all Westfield car parks (A and B at International Way / Roundhouse Lane and C at Montfichet Road / Hitchcock Lane) and for London Buses at the Northern bus and Southern bus depots. It is currently planned to implement the full or partial closure of the following roads:
  • Carpenters Road
  • Sidings Street
  • Marshgate Lane
  • Montfichet Road
  • Pool Street
  • Westfield Avenue
  • Turing Street
  • Layard Street
  • Sweetwater Place
  • Bassett Lane
  • Monier Bus Bridge (to Fish Island)
  • Endeavour Square

The above roads will be closed approximately 2 hours post event to facilitate safe spectator access into the Park and Egress from the concert.

The London Black Taxi rank in Montfichet Road will be inaccessible during road closures on concert dates. Any pedestrians requiring a taxi rank will be directed to the North Bus Station (200m East from existing rank on Montfichet Road) Stratford or Meridian Square South Side of Stratford Regional Station.

Mini Cabs / Uber taxis can be picked up outside the Road Closures but please be aware these areas can become very busy post-concert

These planned closures are subject to provisos to provide access to emergency vehicles or to open roads in the event of an emergency to assist an evacuation.
