STADIUM TIMINGS - SATURDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER:

12:30                       Catering units open on the Stadium Island.

13:00                       Hospitality opens -ticketholders only.

13:30                       Stadium General Admission opens.

15:00                        Match Kick Off

17:00                         Event ends

 

All timings are subject to change.

Please allow 30 minutes to get into the Stadium after arriving at the Park.  Ticket and security checks will be in operation. 

We politely ask you to refrain from coming to the Stadium before the event starts.

THERE WILL BE NO READMISSION- ONCE INSIDE THE TURNSTILES, YOU CANNOT EXIT AND RE-ENTER THE EVENT.

THIS IS A SOLD OUT EVENT- PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL OR TRY TO ENTER THE STADIUM WITHOUT A VALID TICKET.

Children under 16, must always be accompanied by an adult whilst in the Stadium.

 

FAQS:

Q: What time will the event start?

  • Kick off will be at 15:00.  Stadium Island concessions will be open from 12.30.

 

Q: What time should I arrive at the Stadium?

  • Please allow 30 minutes to get into the Stadium after arriving at the Park.  Ticket and security checks will be in operation.  We do not recommend queuing before the Stadium Island catering is open at 12.30.

 

Q: I haven't received my tickets yet?

  • If you have not received your tickets, please contact your ticket provider directly. If you purchased via London Stadium, please contact ticketing@london-stadium.com  

 

Q: Where is the Box Office located?

  • There will be a Box Office available at the ArcelorMittal Orbit to assist with ticket queries.  PLEASE NOTE: There will be no tickets for sale at the Box Office on the day.  All tickets are sold online. 

 

Q: Can I re-enter the Stadium?

  • Once you have gone from the Stadium Island, through the turnstiles, there is no re-entry. 

 

Q: Can I bring food / drink into the Stadium?

  • Small amounts of food will be accepted. Large bags and hampers containing food and drink will not be allowed inside the venue. 
  • Empty bottles (without lids) up to 500ml and reusable bottles will be permitted to use at the water refill stations in and around the stadium.
  • Additionally, to the water points, each static catering unit is able to provide tap water free of charge. 
  • The nearest water point outside the Stadium is The Last Drop under the ArcelorMittal Orbit, which has a water fountain.

 

Q: Can I bring sunscreen and other small items in my bag?

  • You may bring sunscreen and other small personal items such as perfume (please no glass bottles), hygiene products or phone charger / battery packs in your bag, all bags will be subject to a search and any prohibited items will be removed before entry. We have no left luggage or storage for bags.

 

Q: Are bags allowed into the Stadium?

  • Only small bags will be permitted (size A4).  There is no bag storage available.

 

Q: Are umbrellas allowed in the Stadium?

  • The event will happen in all weather conditions so come prepared! You will be sheltered in the stadium under the roof, but your journey to the stadium may be in the open so plan accordingly. Please note, you may bring telescopic umbrellas but please no golf umbrellas! 

 

Q: Will there be searches at the Stadium?

  • All visitors are subject to a search – please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any confiscated items will not be stored for collection post-match.

 

Q: Can I bring a professional camera or selfie stick?

  • Professional cameras, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted in the Stadium.

 

Q: Do I need to bring ID to purchase alcohol?

 

Q: Is there parking at the Stadium?

  • There is no additional car parking for this event and it is strongly recommended that you do not try and park near the stadium in any local car parks as there will be robust parking enforcement in place.
  • Only those with booked blue badge parking spaces may access blue badge parking.
  • A reminder that London Stadium is a public transport venue and there is no public car parking at London Stadium, other than blue badge parking.
  • Roads around the Stadium will be closed from 12:00 to 19:00 .
  • The London Aquatics Centre car park will be closed from 5pm.

 

Q: Do you have parking for Blue Badge Holders

  • Blue Badge Parking is now SOLD OUT.

 

Q: I have purchased Blue Badge Parking, but I haven’t received any further information

Q: Do you have an alternative solution for people with accessible needs?

  • A shuttle bus for disabled patrons will run to Bridge 3 from:

• Stratford Station – Platform 13 (Jubilee Line)

• Stadium: Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST

The service will operate from 30mins before gate opening times until 1hr post event. Further details on the location at Stratford Station.

At Bridge 3, London Stadium will have an accessible team who will be able to assist accessible ticket holders getting to seats for the event as this is the dedicated accessibility entrance. 

 

TRAVEL UPDATES 

Ticket holders are advised to check their journey before travel, and plan accordingly to get the best out of their experience. Resources are available such as TfL's Journey Planner or the TfL Go app and the National Rail website.

 

 

PLAN YOUR VISIT 

The event should finish around 17:00 on Saturday 9. Please be aware the walking journey to the main Stratford Regional Station can take up to 80 minutes post-event. London Stadium is within walking distance of a number of transport hubs, see the Stadium’s ‘Getting Here’ page for more information here

Blue Badge Parking is by booking only, so please do not attempt to enter if you have not already pre-booked. 

Please note that roads for Blue Badge Parking will re-open 30 minutes post event, so please be patient while our team manage traffic as you make your way out of the Blue Badge parking area. 

The Accessible Shuttle Bus (times shared below) will be in operation from the following locations:

FOOD AND DRINK
Wondering where you can fill up on food and drink at London Stadium? Empty bottles (without lids) up to 500ml and reusable bottles will be permitted to use at the water refill stations in and around the stadium. Drinking water locations can be found on the concourse once inside. 

Large bags and hampers containing food and drink will not be allowed inside the venue. You will find tasty meals, snacks and treats at our kiosks, plus there’s the West Ham Coffee Co in the Stadium Store.

WEATHER

The event will happen in all weather conditions so come prepared! You will be sheltered in the stadium under the roof, but your journey to the stadium may be in the open so plan accordingly. Please note, you may bring telescopic umbrellas but please no golf umbrellas! Sunscreen is allowed.

CASHLESS STADIUM
A reminder that the Stadium is fully cashless, so make sure you have the correct payment method to hand when making purchases. 

FREE STADIUM WIFI
Free Stadium WIFI means that you can connect with stable and fast speeds throughout the concourse and in bowl – join LSFreeWIFI and enter your details to connect. 

MERCHANDISE
We recommend to only purchase from official merchandisers, who will be identifiable with Stadium branding. Official Merchandise is located within the Stadium Island and on the Stadium concourse.

WEST HAM CLOSURES
Please note, the West Ham United Club Shop and Box Office will be closed all day on Saturday.

ACCESSIBILITY
As one of the major venues on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London Stadium shares with the park the philosophy of being a venue for all. The Stadium takes pride in providing a dedicated service to all our guests, football supporters and concert-goers. This includes a wide range of features, facilities and services to support our disabled customers. The following closures will be in place from 12:00. These will be in place for approx. 2 hours post-event.

•  Pool Street
•  Sidings Street 
•  Marshgate Lane (adjacent to the Stadium) 

GROUND REGULATIONS 
A reminder to all attendees, it is a requirement under the Ground Regulations to show your ticket to Stadium staff if requested, including any digital tickets. Non-compliance could result in refusal of entry or ejection, so please do ensure you can access your ticket at all times.

SEARCH AND BAG POLICIES
Avoid delays - please don't bring bags to the venue. All bags will be subject to a search regime. Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted, and there are no left luggage facilities. All visitors may be searched - please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any confiscated will not be stored for collection post-match.
