Getting Here!

Please note there are multiple events taking place in London on this date and your usual travel route may be disrupted.

Please be aware the walking journey to the main Stratford Regional Station can take up to 90 minutes after the show.  

The walking route post-event to Stratford Regional Station involves a Stop and Go sign and staff system to regulate customers into the Station. Please cooperate with staff as they manage your journey home.  

Please plan your journey well in advance and leave extra time for your travel. Use the following resources to check for engineering works or disruption:

  • TFL - Tube, Overground, Elizabeth line, DLR
  • C2C - East London and Essex
  • Greater Anglia - Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and parts of Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire
  • Southeastern - London, Kent, and parts of East Sussex

Please note, you will only be able to enter the Stadium Island via the Bridge number on your ticket, so check your details, whether you are standing or seating, to save time! You will NOT be able to enter at any Bridge and you will be directed to the correct Bridge via the walking routes around the exterior of the Stadium Island.

Ticketing

If you purchased via this email, you will have received an email from TX.IS with instructions on how to claim your downloadable tickets. Download TX.IS and enter your email and your tickets will automatically be on the app. This is your ticket for entry.

Important information related to invalidated resold tickets|
We remind you please do not buy tickets from street traders or online unauthorised sites as we cannot guarantee they’re real tickets. Tickets will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for sale, unless the sale is through Twickets or your ticket agent’s fan-to-fan exchange (where applicable). Tickets sold via any unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and will lead to refusal of entry.

Age Restrictions

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone at the show, we have imposed the following age restrictions: No under 5s. Under 16s cannot enter the stadium unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Under 14s are not allowed in the standing areas (the pitch).

This means no under 5s can enter the stadium at all and under 16s cannot enter the stadium unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over, and every person must be in possession of a valid ticket for the event.

Under 14s cannot enter the standing area (the pitch) and must have a valid ticket for one of the designated seated areas.

Please be aware there is no unreserved seating for any standing tickets.

Search and bag policies

No bags bigger than A4 will be allowed and there are no left luggage facilities. All visitors will be searched - please have your coats open and remove hats at search areas. Please note any items confiscated will not be stored for collection post-event.       

Please note, you can bring sunscreen and other small personal on your person, including portable chargers; any prohibited items will be removed before entry. Empty plastic drinking bottles will be allowed and there are free water filling points throughout the venue. We have no left luggage or storage facilities. Merchandise

Official Merch is located on the way to the Stadium at the London Aquatics Centre, within the Stadium Island and on the Stadium concourse. We recommend to only purchase from official merchandisers, who will be identifiable with Stadium branding.           

Accessibility

Please note: Blue Badge Parking is sold out for both events. The accessible team is based at bridge 3 but have staff on the accessible lane at all bridges. Accessible lanes can be found on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of all Bridges as you walk towards the Stadium.

Please be aware there is no unreserved seating for any standing tickets.

Shuttle service 

  • There will be an accessible shuttle service operating on event day from 15:00 to 00:30hrs, that will be running on rotation from Platform 13 Stratford (Jubilee line) and dropping fans with accessibility requirements off at Bridge 3 at London Stadium.
  • There is only room for one companion per fan with accessibility requirements on the shuttle service.
  • They will be met by the accessible support team who can offer a wheelchair resource to their seats. This is subject to availability. We do operate a push service to and from all bridges to your seat and back to bridge 3 and the accessible shuttle after the event, subject to availability.
  • Please note that the shuttle service back to Stratford and Blue Badge Parking will re-open when our Safety team deem it fit for the service to run (approx. 45 minutes post event), so please be patient while our team manage traffic.
  • Guests can request a wheelchair pickup during the event by texting 07701 231 035.  This pickup will happen post event and will take the guest to bridge 3 and the blue badge lot or the accessible shuttle back to Stratford Station – Platform 13 Jubilee Line.
  • Please note, the shuttle will not run during the main act and not for at least 45mins after show ends.

The Accessible Shuttle Bus (times shared below) will be in operation from 15:00 to 00:30hrs from the following locations: 

  • Stratford Station – Platform 13 (Jubilee Line)
  • Stadium: Bridge 3, Marshgate Lane, E20 2ST                                
  • What3words Bridge 3 location: brains.snack.farms
