Take That - Accessibility Update - High Demand Expected

Accessible Service Team

Please note: The accessible contact number is text only. Please do not call, as calls will not be answered.

Please text or WhatsApp only: 07749 397 498

Our teams are working to prioritise accessibility needs and increase capacity where possible; however, queues may still be significantly longer than usual. We strongly recommend allowing extra time for both arrival and departure, and planning onward travel accordingly.

We recognise that not all disabilities are visible. However, these services are in very high demand, so please only use them if essential, to ensure those who need support most can access them.

Please respect our staff. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Shuttle Service Update – Take That Concerts

Due to exceptionally high demand, increased local traffic, and current weather conditions, passengers should expect extended waiting times for shuttle services before and after the concerts tonight and tomorrow.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to get everyone to and from the stadium safely.

The Accessible Shuttle Bus will be in operation from 3:30pm until 11:30pm* from the following locations:

*exact timings still TBC

Push Service

If you require a push service, please speak to our team at the bridges.

For exit assistance, pick-up can be requested in person with our accessible team; you do not need to contact the accessible text service directly.

Please note that after 8:30pm, we can no longer guarantee pick-up. Please plan accordingly.

Accessible Entry

Customers with accessible seating tickets can enter via any stadium entrance.

  • Step-free access is available throughout, with lifts across all levels
  • Some events may specify a designated entry bridge on your ticket
  • Please follow ticket instructions and use the accessible lane at your assigned bridge
  • If no bridge is specified, accessible lanes are available at all entrances

Once on the Stadium Island, stewards and the Accessible Support Team (Blue Hi-Vis) are available to assist.

Please note: Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not permitted in pitch standing or golden circle areas for concerts or staged events.

Please note: Medicines, food and water needed for medical reasons are all permitted. If you are not coming to Bridge 3, you can use all accessible lanes and make yourself aware to the Accessible Support Team on the lanes. They will be able to help and make any requirements aware to the Stewards.

Blue Badge Parking is sold out for this event, BBP ticket holders have been emailed info and location directly. We will have a team at Bridge 3 to assist with entry and support (see accessible support number below).
